典型土壤对土霉素的吸附研究

Sorption Studies of Oxytetracycline to Two Typical Soils

抗生素是畜禽养殖和水产养殖中常用的一类化学品,可通过畜禽粪便的农业施用直接进入土壤环境。本文采用静态批量吸附实验,测定了土霉素(Oxytetracycline, OTC)在南方地区两种代表性农田土中的吸附等温线,并考察了pH值和离子强度对OTC吸附的影响。结果表明,OTC在乌柵土和红壤中的吸附,可分别使用Freundlich和Langmuir得到较好的拟合效果;随着pH升高,乌柵土和红壤对OTC的吸附常数均呈降低趋势,与pH升高引起OTC的价态变化有关;离子强度较明显抑制乌柵土对OTC的吸附,对红壤吸附OTC影响不大,可能与两种土壤吸附OTC的机理不同有关。

ntibiotics are used extensively in the areas of animal husbandry and aquiculture, and may directly reach the soil environment by the spreading of manure. Batch equilibrium experiments were conducted to study the isothermal adsorption of oxytetracycline (OTC) to two typical agriculture soils from south of China. Influences of pH and ionic strength on sorption of oxytetracycline to soils were also investigated. The results showed that isothermal adsorption of OTC to wushan soil and red soil were separately best described by Freundlich and Langmuir equations; OTC sorption constants for wushan soil and red soil were both decreased with the increasing of pH value, which can be resulted by the different charges of OTC under different pH value; Sorption of OTC to wushan soil was apparently restrained by high ionic strength, while it did not happen to the sorption of red soil, which might be explained by the different sorption mechanisms to these two soils.
