随着高速压力机转速的提高,产生的振动问题也愈加严重,对高速压力机的动态特性研究就相当必要。运用ANSYS软件建立了高速压力机的有限元模型,进行模态分析,提取了前6阶模态频率和振型,并对其在各阶振型下的结构性能进行了分析,得出压力机的动态特性满足设计要求。

With the increase of the rotational speed of high speed press, the vibration has become more serious. It is necessary to research the dynamic characteristics of high-speed press. The finite element modals of high-speed press had been set up in ANSYS. The modal analysis was carried out, and the first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes were obtained and the influences of every step mode were analyzed. The results of the modal analysis showed that the dynamic characteristics met the requirement of design.
