特种宇航级云母电容器用真空浸渍树脂研究
Study On VPI impregnating resin for imported aerospace mica capacitor
云母电容器因其优异的可靠性成为航天器用电容器的首选,尤其是滤波电容器。但是由于航天器中元器件所处的环境苛刻,而且器件失效后无法得到及时更换和维修,因此对宇航级的电容器的要求极为苛刻。目前国内在特种宇航级云母电容器领域的研究相对较为薄弱,因此本文将针对性的研究进口高压云母电容器的结构以及其所使用的真空浸渍树脂材料的化学结构。本项研究对于未来中国自主研究相关元器件及其材料具有十分重要的指导意义。
he compelling need to high reliability, coupled with a desire to application in the spacecraft, is the principal reasons why mica capacitors have become capacitors of first resort, especially for filter capacitors. The electron components in the spacecraft have to face the challenge of harsh space environment, they can not be applicable for replacement and maintenance, quickly and efficiently, so that the capacitors need to upgrade fitting for the space flight standards. It is well known that there is few scientific research on the high-end mica capacitors. In this paper, a kind of imported aerospace mica capacitor was analyzed and especially the chemical components of its VPI impregnating resin were studied. It was very useful that the related materials can be obtained by Chinese independent research and development in the future.
