Mutimedia Message is an important appliacattion of 3G multimedia subsystem and transport platform.The Application based on MMS provide to people with more enjoyment. The MMS DIY System is one of the application based on MMS,it provide to people with a platform where people can publish and share the material of making MMS.This paper mainly introduce the design and implementation of the main modules of the MMS DIY System.
