he earth resistivity apparatus is widely used in many fields and fieldwork circumstance. For the demands of fieldwork condition, the purpose of this paper is to design an earth resistivity apparatus with miniaturization The design of whole system mainly utilizes low power microcontroller, and depends on software and hardware skill making the apparatus structure smaller and more expediently using. By realizing the hardware frame of earth resisitivity apparatus and part of software module successfully, it indicates that the purpose of this paper have basically accomplished.
