基于因子聚类分析的区域公共福利差异研究

The paper uses the factor analysis method to extract the common factor of the public welfare level of every county of Chongqing municipality. Then, according to the characteristics of the welfare level, various districts and counties is classed through factor scores and clustering. Finally draws the conclusion that the effective allocation of medical & educational resources and development of regional economy are the most important factors in welfare appraisal. Also, it is find that the overall level of regional public welfare has improved to some extent, but the differences of public welfare level among every districts and counties present the trend of expansion. The paper puts forward a homologous suggestion by analysis.
