粉质粘土-混凝土接触面剪切性能试验研究
Experimental study on shear properties of silty clay and concrete interface
利用循环单剪试验系统进行了粉质粘土-混凝土结构接触面剪切性能试验。混凝土表面粗糙度分为"光滑"、一般和粗糙三种状态,土样厚度分为10mm、20mm两种情况,进行了静力单向剪切和等幅循环剪切,分别考查了接触面粗糙度、接触法向应力、土样厚度以及加载方式等因素对土-结构接触面性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:1.随接触面粗糙度和接触面法向应力的增大,界面单元的剪应力-名义剪应变曲线逐渐升高而接近土体自身的剪应力-剪应变曲线;2.土样厚度对界面单元的剪切强度基本没有影响,但对剪应力-名义剪应变曲线形状有影响,厚度较大时的曲线较低;3.界面单元的循环剪切试验表现出与单向剪切类似的规律,同时循环剪切的初始加载曲线与单向剪切的应力-应变关系基本吻合。研究验证了尹宗泽所提的接触面薄层变形模式,同时探讨了界面薄层单元厚度的确定。
ests on the shear mechanical characteristics of silty clay-concrete interface are carried out, with three kinds of interface roughness ("smooth", "general" and "coarse" ) , two kinds of soil specimen thickness (10mm、20mm) , and two kinds of shearing mode(monotonic and cyclic) being considered to probe into the effect of the parameters such as interface roughness、normal stress、 soil thickness 、loading mechanics ,etc. , on the interface shear properties. Results of tests indicate that: 1. the shear stress-nominal shear strain curves of the interface ascend with the increase of the interface roughness and normal pressure, and finally to the shear stress-shear strain curve of soil itself. 2. Soil thickness of the interface tests almost has no effect on interface shear strength, while it affects the shape of shear stress-nominal shear strain curve: the greater the thickness, the lower the curve; 3. Cyclic shear tests show a similar rule with monotonic simple shear, while the initial loading curves of cyclic shear tests show great agreement with monotonic shear stress - strain curves. The experiment study of this paper verifies the contact deformation mode proposed by Yin Zong-ze, and further investigation on the determination of the thickness of the interface thinner element is discussed.
