分子筛/聚醚砜杂化膜吸附剂的表征和性能评价

通过离子交换法制备了AgY分子筛,AgY吸附性能远优于NaY,2000 μg/g原料硫含量实验条件下AgY分子筛的脱硫率可达100%;分子筛颗粒的粒度分布研究表明其粒径分布较窄,颗粒大小比较均匀;以无机AgY分子筛为功能性颗粒,以聚醚砜为多孔基体,采用相转化法制备了无机/有机杂化吸附功能膜,杂化膜的结构表征表明,分子筛颗粒较好地镶嵌在聚醚砜基体的网络状孔道中;随着膜中分子筛含量增加,膜的吸附容量增加,50%填充量条件下,膜的吸附容量达6.7 mg S/g;吸附/脱附实验结果表明,吸附50min后吸附容量趋于稳定,脱附30min后,脱附率趋于稳定,以乙醇为脱附剂,脱附率可达90%以上。
In this paper, the AgY molecular sieve has been prepared through ion exchange method. The adsorption experiments showed that the performance of AgY was better than that of NaY, and the desulphurization rate come to 100% under feed sulfur content of 2000 μg/g. The molecular sieve has sound size distribution. The hybrid membranes have been prepared using AgY zeolite particles as adsorptive functional group. The effect incorporated particles on adsorption capacity were characterized. When the content of incorporated AgY was 50%, the adsorption capacity of the hybrid membranes come to 6.7 mg S/g. Adsorption and deorption experiments showed that the adsorption and deorption can reach equilibrium in 50min and 30min, respectively. Using the solvent deorption method, the deorption rate of membrane come to 90%.
