基于环境保护和可持续发展观点,低铅或者无铅压电陶瓷的研究是十分重要和紧迫的。本文以(1-x)(K0.485Na0.485Li0.03)NbO3-xPbTi0.4716Zr0.4834(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.0450O3 [(1-x)KNLN-xPMS39]为研究对象,采用传统陶瓷制备工艺合成了(1-x)KNLN-xPMS39低铅压电陶瓷,对陶瓷的压电、介电和铁的性能进行了表征和分析。研究结果表明:所有组份陶瓷均在1250 ℃的温度下烧结,当x=0.85时,(1-x)KNLN-xPMS39陶瓷具有相对优异的压电性能:kp=0.478, Qm=1335, and d33=270 μC/N; 当x=0.75时,(1-x)KNLN-xPMS39陶瓷具有最好的铁电性能: Pr=19 μC/cm2和Ec=1.61 kV/mm。因此,基于环境保护的角度考虑,这种低铅压电陶瓷可以取代传统铅基陶瓷应用于不同器件。

Lead-free or low-lead piezoelectric ceramics with competent properties are urgently needed to replace lead-based piezoelectric ceramics. In this paper, (1-x)(K0.485Na0.485Li0.03)NbO3-xPbTi0.4716Zr0.4834(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.0450O3 [(1-x)KNLN-xPMS39] low-lead piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional ceramics method, piezoelectric, dielectric, and ferroelectric properties of the low-lead piezoelectric ceramics were studied. The results show that when sintered at 1250 ℃, (1-x)KNLN-xPMS39 with x=0.85 ceramics possesses excellent piezoelectric properties: kp=0.478, Qm=1335, and d33=270 μC/N; (1-x)KNLN-xPMS39 with x=0.75 ceramics possesses good ferroelectric properties: Pr=19 μC/cm2 and Ec=1.61 kV/mm. As a substitution for the lead-based piezoelectric ceramics, the low-lead piezoelectric ceramics may be put into device applications in the very near future.
