随着技术的不断发展,ARM主板的性能已经越来越接近X86主板,甚至在某些方面超过了X86主板,在视频多媒体,数据通信等几个方面,基本和X86类似,再加之ARM板的功耗非常小,发热少,经常保持着稳定常温,而且开机速度非常的快,所以在多媒体,通信方面,它成为了嵌入式开发人员的宠儿。本文主要讨论基于ARM 9的C语言编程,用于进行摄像头视频数据的存储,并在ARM 9上用Socket进行网络编程,实现数据的网络传输。

With the development of technology, the performance of the ARM is already more and more close to the X86, and even in some aspects, it has exceed X86. The performance of multi-media and data transmission of ARM is similar to X86's, but ARM has less power consumption, less heat, maintains a steady temperature and boots is faster. So it becomes the darling of the embedded developers in multi-media and communication field. This paper mainly discusses the C programming based on the ARM 9. Through that, ARM 9 can capture and store data form camera. Also, it describes socket programming on ARM 9. With that, ARM 9 can transmit data through Internet.
