复方浙贝颗粒联合阿霉素影响K562/A02移植瘤细胞膜转运蛋白表达研究

IM: To investigate the effects of drug-combination of Compound Zhe Bei Granule (CZBG) and doxorubicin on the expression of P-gp, MRP, LRP in K562/A02 cell line multidrug resistance tumor xenografts in mice. METHODS: Tumor xenografts model were established by injecting the multidrug resistance cell line K562/A02 in the axillary flank of BALB/c-nu-nu mice. Drug-combination of CZBG intragastric administration and doxorubicin intraperitoneal injection (i.p.) were given to the BALB/c-nu nude mice. The tumor xenografts were made into slice after the dissection, and the expression of P-gp, MRP, LRP in K562/A02 tumor xenografts in mice were investigated in immunohistochemical techniques. the integral optical density (IOD) of P-gp, MRP, LRP in K562/A02 tumor xenografts were measured by Image ProPlus 6.0. RESULTS: Compared with the single treatment of doxorubicin i.p group., the groups of the combination of the doxorubicin and CZBG with dosage classified by three types(high, middle, low) can decrease IOD of P-gp、MRP in K562/A02 tumor xenografts with statistical significance(p<0.05). There has no LRP expression in K562/A02 tumor xenografts in five groups. CONCLUSION：The combination of CZBG and doxorubicin can decrease the expression of P-gp, MRP in K562/A02 multidrug resistance tumor xenografts in mice.
