粘接技术在口腔临床诊疗过程中至关重要，目前的牙本质粘接仍存在缺陷，牙本质表面蚀刻是牙本质粘接的先决条件，全酸蚀与自酸蚀技术均存在不同程度的弊端，而目前已有Er：YAG激光用于牙本质粘接前牙本质表面蚀刻的研究,本文将对Er:YAG激光用于牙本质粘接对其粘接性能的影响做一综述。

At present, Er:YAG laser has been used for dentin adhesive research. The purpose of this review is to review the effect of Er:YAG laser on dentin adhesive.
