环境响应性微胶囊在药物递送中的研究进展
Research Progress of Environmental Responsive Microcapsules in Drug Delivery
微胶囊是药物递送系统(Drug delivery system,DDS)中一种重要的药物载体,在药物控释、靶向运输、提高药物稳定性和生物利用度方面等均有重要意义。利用微胶囊对周围环境刺激响应特性,可以实现药物的定时、定速和靶向释放,为临床各种疾病的治疗提供较理想的药物剂型和给药途径。本文主要就温度、光照、pH、超声、磁场、酶等刺激因素响应的载药微胶囊展开综述。
Microcapsule is a very important drug carrier in drug delivery systems. It is of great importance for targeting delivery, drug stability and bioavailability. Using stimuli response characteristics of microcapsules, drugs can be released upon the stimilus from surrounding environment parameters. Microcapsules could provide appropriate dosage form and administration route for the clinical applications. In this review, responses of microcapsules to temperature, light, ultrasound, pH and enzymes was summaried. Their future applications were also discussed in this article.
