利用食品工业废水培养斯达油脂酵母产油脂的研究

Study on the Lipid Production for Cultivating of Lipomyces starkeyi by using of Food Industrial Waste Water

为探索食品工业废水的资源化利用,本研究在分析测定南阳地区的豆制品生产废水、啤酒生产废水、淀粉生产废水的基础上,利用这些废水作为培养基分别进行了斯达油脂酵母(Lipomyces starkeyi)1809生长和产油脂的揺瓶培养,从中筛选出了最适发酵废水培养基,并采用单因素实验设计,初步优化了工艺条件。斯达油脂酵母发酵啤酒生产废水产油脂的优化发酵条件是:废水自然沉降24h、pH值6.5、接种量14%、装液量130ml、发酵时间120h,按此条件,在28℃、120r/min的摇床下培养120h,菌体生物量可达到6.12g/L,油脂产量达到3.24g/L,油脂含量53%,油脂系数达到14.9,废水的COD降解率达到了69.7%,分别比优化前提高了21.4%、39.5%、12.7%、40.9%和13.4%。

nalysis the food industrial wastewater (Bean products wastewater, Brewery wastewater and Starch products wastewater)of Nanyang region to achieve the reutilization of wastewater resources. Use the wastewaters as the culture medium to investigate the cell growth and lipid accumulation of Lipomyces Starkeyi 1809 by shake flask fermentation. Chose the best culture medium, using single factor experiment, optimize the conditions. The optimal processing fermentation conditions of cultivating Lipomyces Starkeyi 1809 was natural subsidence 24h, pH6.5, inoculation amount 14%, volume of Erlenmeyer flask 130ml, 28℃, 120r/min, the biomass was up to 6.12g/L, the lipid production was up to 3.24 g/L, the lipid content was 53%, the lipid coefficient was up to 14.9, the proportion of degradation of wastewater’s COD was up to 69.7%. Increased 21.4%, 39.5%, 12.7%, 40.9% and 13.4%, respectively.
