本文根据信号在限定空间内的传播规律,把电磁波在下水道中的传播空间分为了近场区和远场区两个不同的区域,并给出了下水道中电磁波传播的波模方程。结果表明:下水道的电导率、磁导率、介电常数越大,电磁波衰减率越小;频率越高,下水道中电磁波的衰减率越小;下水道半径越大,越有利于电磁波的传播。

In this paper, according to the law of the propagation of sensor signals in the limited space, the space in the sewer is divided into the near field area and the distant field area of two different regions. And the wave mode equations of the electromagnetic wave in the sewer is provided. It is pointed that if it has a greater conductivity or permeability or permittivity in the sewer, the attenuation rate is proved to be more smaller. The attenuation rate will become smaller when frequency gets higher and the increase of the sewer’s size is propitious to guide wave’s propagation.
