针对复杂机电产品关键装配工序物料质量损失评估及预警困难的问题,提出了一种集关键装配工序物料质量异常信息实时采集、质量损失综合评估、质量损失预警为一体的复杂机电产品关键装配工序物料质量损失评估及预警方法,建立了关键装配工序物料质量损失的评价指标体系,研究了基于变权重模糊综合评判法的关键装配工序物料质量损失评估、基于遗传BP神经网络的关键装配工序物料质量损失预警等关键技术。最后,将以上研究成果在一复杂机电产品制造企业进行了实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果。

Finally, the method was successfully applied in a complex electromechanical product enterprise, which has achieved good effect.
