穴位埋线对慢性心力衰竭大鼠血压与心功能的影响

Objective: Research the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on blood pressure & heart function in chronic heart failure(CHF) rats induced by pressure overcapacity. Methods: SD female rats were deviated randomly into 4groups, 15 rats each group: sham-operation group(A), CHF model group(B), CHF model treated by catgut implantation at acupoint group(Catgut implantation group, C), CHF model treated by Captopril group(Captopril group, D). Suprarenal abdominal artery constriction was operated to prepare CHF rat models. During the 7th week and after 7 weeks treating respectively, blood pressure (BP) and heart rate(HR) were monitored, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was calculated by cardiac sonography after 7 weeks treating respectively. Results:①At 7th week after the operation, SBP, DBP and MBP of rats in group B, C, D were all higher than group A (P<0.01), and there were no significant difference among the 3 groups. At 7th week after treating, the blood pressure in group B were significantly higher than in group A, C, D (P<0.01). ②After 7 weeks treating, the HR were raised in group B compared with group A (P<0.05), and were slower in group C, D than in group B ( P<0.01).③ LVEF in group B was lower than in group A (P<0.01), LVEF in group C was higher than in group B ( P<0.01). Conclusion: Catgut implantation at acupoint were supposed to be able to decline the BP, slow down the HR, improve the EF, meliorate the function of heart evidently in chronic congestive heart failure rat, and treat CHF effectually.
