瓦斯爆炸是煤矿重大灾害之一。重烃组分对甲烷爆炸极限及其它爆炸参数有显著影响,本文利用自行研制的配气系统和20L球形爆炸系统,选用正己烷蒸气作为重烃组分的代表气体,对该问题进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,随着正己烷浓度的升高甲烷爆炸上限下降,上限的变化幅度随正己烷浓度的升高而增大。并且正己烷可以影响甲烷的爆炸威力,正己烷浓度越高,甲烷的最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率越大,爆炸威力越强。

oal Mine gas explosion is one of major disasters. Heavy hydrocarbon component effects on the methane explosion limits and other parameters of the explosion significantly.In this paper, using self-developed gas distribution systems and 20L spherical blast system, taking n-hexane steam as the representative of heavy hydrocarbon gas components, the issue was studied.The experimental results showed that with the increasing concentration of n-hexane,the explosion upper limit of methane is lower, the falling rate increases with the concentration of hexane increasing. And n-hexane can influence the power of the explosion of methane. The higher the concentration of n-hexane is, the greater the biggest pressure of explosion and the rate of increase in the maximum pressure are,and the more powerfui the explosion is.
