应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件的质量扩散模块,采用纤维随机分布模型对环境温度T=37 ℃,相对湿度为RH=100%的碳纤维增强环氧树脂基(CFL/EP)复合材料进行了吸湿后水分浓度场的分析计算,结果表明:有限元分析方法能够较好的模拟复合材料的吸湿行为;采用随机模型的有限元分析结果比标准六边模型更接近试验值,误差减小,从而为后续的湿热应力分析打下基础。

he mass diffusion module of ABAQUS finite element analysis software was applied to simulate the moisture absorption behavior of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite(CFL/EP) at 37 ℃ and relative humidity RH=100% by setting up randomly distributed fiber model. The results revealed that the moisture absorption behavior was better simulated by finite element analysis method. Furthermore, the results attained by randomly distributed fiber model were more accurate than that of standard hexagonal model. The study made a good foundation for further analysis of the residue stress in the CFL/EP composite.
