本文以煤矿的职工浴池为研究对象,针对原系统中仅在锅炉房控制水温和压力的缺点进行完善,在浴池端加以改进。本系统主要采用:S7-200 PLC、压力传感器、温度传感器、西门子触摸屏K-TP 178 、减压阀、电动阀等。温度传感器把采集的信号送给PLC,PLC调用PID控制子程序对信号处理,用输出结果控制进汽电动阀的开度,实现对温度的恒定控制。PLC再根据压力传感器测得的压力值,控制旁路电动阀的开度,实现恒压调节。减压阀在供水龙头的管路中,使得淋浴水压更加恒定,触摸屏方便用户根据季节气温更改温度设定值,同时系统还设有温度指示灯及超温报警装置等。本系统能使得浴池水温及淋浴水压维持恒定。

In this paper, it mainly studies how to keep the temperature and pressure of bathhouse stable. Compared with the former system, it adds new devices to bathhouse. This system involves S7-200 PLC, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, Siemens touch-screen, pressure regulator and so on. when it works, PLC determines electrically operated valves' open degree by pressure sensor's and temperature sensor's feedback. the PID control is introduced to control temperature. the pressure regulator is also used to keep the pressure more stable, user could change temperature's setpoint through touch-screen, it also includes indicator lights, alarming equipment and so on. it ensures bathhouse's temperature and pressure stable in certain degree.
