基于PXI/PCI总线的双MIC通讯模块设计
ouble MIC Communication Module Design Based on PXI/PCI Bus
MIC总线是专门为解决复杂和恶劣工作环境下电力/数据的分配和管理而开发的一种结构简单及高可靠性的现场总线。在分析理解MIC总线及其通讯协议的基础上,本文提出了基于PXI/PCI总线的双MIC通讯模块的软硬件设计方案。本系统通过FPGA设计逻辑对MIC控制,通过CVI设计的接口面板和PXI/PCI总线实现PC机与板卡的相互通讯。双MIC芯片分别设置为主控与远程模式,可完成MIC芯片四种工作模式的完整测试。此板卡即插即用,使用方便,为其后续的实用性开发打下了坚实的基础。
MIC bus,which is developed specially for solving power/data distribution and management under severe environment,is a kind of field control bus that has simple structure and provides high reliability.This paper discusses the hardware and software design scheme of double MIC bus communication model via analyzing the MIC bus architecture and protocol .The system control the mic through the design of FPGA logic and realize the communication of PC with the interface card through the CVI interface panel and PXI/PCI bus.Double MIC chip set respectively as the controller and remote mode, can complete the four work mode test of the MIC chip.This interface card which is provieded with plug and play capability and easy to use lays a solid foundation for its follow-up practicality development.
