混酸系制备水性中间相沥青的研究

以不同软化点的煤焦油沥青和中间相炭微球为原料,以浓硫酸和浓硝酸为氧化剂,制备水性中间相。详细考察了不同原料、氧化温度、氧化反应时间、搅拌速度等氧化条件对水性中间相收率和性能的影响。利用FT-IR光谱对原料和不同工艺下制得的水性中间相进行了表征。结果表明:原料和工艺条件对水性中间相的性能有较大影响。
he preparation of aqua-mesophase pitch (AMP) was investigated by oxidation of different coal tar pitch and AMP carbon microball with mixtures of concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Oxidation conditions (different raw material, oxidation temperature, reaction time, velocity of stirring) were studied in detail for their effects on the yields and properties of AMP. The different raw materials and their produced AMP were characterized by FT-IR spectra. The results reveal that raw materials and oxidation conditions have influence on the properties of AMP.
