面向协同维修拆装仿真的并发操作控制
ontrol method of concurrent operation for dismounting and assembling simulation in cooperative maintenance
为了高效处理虚拟维修过程中针对同一对象的并发操作行为,完成拆装协作,提出一种协调拆装操作的并发控制方法。对用户操作的装配模型进行预处理,构建了包含关节类型、关节轴线等信息的关节联动矩阵。通过对冲突源进行装配模型、装配单元、属性类和属性值的四层次判断,细分了拆装仿真中的并发操作,进而建立了并发控制流程。在此基础上采用基于操作分歧度的控制策略处理装配关节死锁时的并发操作,利用基于装配单元自适应运动的控制策略协调装配关节活动时的并发操作。完成了包含多关节的发动机活塞-连杆-曲轴模型的协同维修拆装仿真,避免了模型与气缸的干涉而导致无法装入的情况。
o effectively resolve concurrent operation during process of virtual maintenance of the same object and accomplish cooperative dismounting, concurrency control method of coordinating operation is proposed. Joint linkage matrix including information of joint type and joint axis is created in order to accomplishing the preprocessing of assembly model. According to judgment of conflict source, which consists of assembly model, assembly unit, property sort and property value, concurrency operation is subdivided and concurrency control process is established. Concurrency control methods based on adaptive motion of assembly unit is used to deal with the concurrency operation on the assembly model with deadlock joints, while considering assembly model without deadlock joints, concurrency control methods based on degree of manipulation ramification is applied. The engine assembly simulation by concurrency operation, which includes assembling the piston-cylinder rod-crankshaft with multi-joint to cylinder, is applied to prevent unsuccessful assembling because of assembly interference.
