氮和乙烯利处理对夏玉米籽粒中氮代谢生理特性的影响
Effect of the nitrogen and ethephon on nitrogen metabolism physiological characters of summer maize kernels
氮肥施用和化学控制技术有机结合是玉米高产栽培的重要措施,但有关其调控籽粒氮代谢的研究鲜有报道。论文以夏玉米郑单958为材料,在大田条件下研究了不同氮肥水平和乙烯利处理对玉米籽粒建成过程中氮素积累及其生化特征的影响。研究结果表明:随着氮肥水平的提高,夏玉米收获时籽粒中的全氮以及氨基酸组分含量均呈现上升的趋势,但乙烯利对收获时籽粒中的全氮及氨基酸组分含量影响较小。与其它氮肥处理(N0、N75、N225)相比,中氮(N150)处理下玉米拔节期喷施400ppm的乙烯利,可以显著提高吐丝后10天籽粒中谷丙转氨酶活性(ALT)、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性(GS)、游离氨基酸以及全氮含量,但对吐丝后34天籽粒中的相关指标没有影响。因此,在中氮(N150)条件下,玉米拔节期喷施400ppm的乙烯利,可以显著提高吐丝后10天籽粒中氮代谢活性,但对灌浆后期氮代谢影响较小。
he organic combination of Nitrogen (N) fertilization and the chemical control technology is one of the important measures for maize high-yield cultivation, but studies of the regulation of grain nitrogen metabolism were rarely reported. Under field conditions, the study used summer maize Zhengdan 958 (ZD 958) as material to study the regulation of N and ethephon on N accumulation and N metabolism physiological characters of kernels development. The results showed that the total nitrogen and amino acids components of the harvest kernels represent a rising trend with the increase of N level, but ethephon had little effect on total nitrogen and amino acids components. Compared with other N (N0、N75、N225) treatments, at maize jointing stage, spraying eyhephon of 400ppm under N150 could significantly improve the activity of alanine amino transferase (ALT)、glutamine synthetase (GS) and total nitrogen content of kernels at 10 days after silking, but which had no effect on the relevant indicators of kernels at 34 days after silking. Thus, at maize jointing stage, spraying eyhephon of 400ppm under N150 could significantly improve the N metabolism activity of kernels at 10 days after silking, but which had little effect on N metabolism at late filling stage.
