牛蒡子不同组织中牛蒡苷及牛蒡苷元的含量测定及比较

目的对牛蒡子不同组织中牛蒡苷及牛蒡苷元含量进行测定和分析方法采用高效液相色谱色谱法,果皮色谱条件:色谱柱Dikma Diamonsil-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mg min-1,检测波长280nm,柱温25℃;检测时间30min。种仁色谱条件:色谱柱AgilentTC-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸水,等度洗脱。流速1.0mg min-1 ;检测波长280nm;柱温25℃;检测时间30min。分析所得数据。结果牛蒡子种仁相对果皮含有更多的牛蒡苷,牛蒡子中牛蒡苷主要分布于牛蒡子种仁中。结论种仁的质量会影响牛蒡子的质量,对于牛蒡子药材质量评价具有一定参考性。
BSTRACT:AIM To determine and analysis arctiin and arctigenin in different tissue of Arctii Fructus METHOD Determining with HPLC, chromatographic conditions of the kernel: the chromatographic column: Dikma Diamonsil-C18(4.6mm×200mm, 5μm); the mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.3% H3PO4 aqueous solution, gradient elution; the flow rate:1 mL min-1; The detection wavelength: 280nm; The column temperature: 25℃. Detection time 30min; chromatographic conditions of the seed-case: the chromatographic column: Dikma Diamonsil-C18(4.6mm×200mm, 5μm); the mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.3% H3PO4 aqueous solution, isocratic elution; the flow rate: 1 mL min-1;The detection wavelength:280nm; The column temperature: 25℃. Detection time 30min. Analysis of the resulting data. RESULT The kernel of Arctii Fructus relatively the seed-case of Arctii Fructus contains more arctiin, arctiin of Arctii Fructus mainly in the kernel of Arctii Fructus. CONCLUTION Quality of the kernel will affect the quality of Arctii Fructus.
