鄂尔多斯市图书馆特色化建设的构想

here has abundant resources and the long history of culture in ORDOS. The phenomenon of ORDOS has been become the focus in all over our country. Our leadership attempts to enrich its connotation.And they make it not only means the high-speed economic development ,but also it should be exteneded to comprehensive strength. Especially ,it contains cultural construction. Our government does their best to make the whole citizens learning in all their life .That is to say our government intend to get the city to a learning city in ORDOS. According to this current situation,this article describes the history and connotation of the characteristic library in ORDOS in brief.It also discusses the background and basis for it.What’s more,it divides the construction of the characteristic library into the construction of the traditional library and the construction of the digital library .It tells us how to build the two part of our characteristic library in detail.And it puts forward to building the local document reading-room,the coal characteristic database and the industry of the cashmere fabrics characteristic database. These are the novel places of this thesis.
