为了探讨cytokine interleukin-4 (IL-4)是否可诱导人单核细胞产生趋化性细胞因子(CC-chemokine ligand 18, CCL18),本研究通过密度梯度离心法成功分离了健康成人新鲜外周血单核细胞(PBMC),并使用IL-4对单核细胞进行了诱导。ELISA和Western-blotting分析表明,诱导的单核细胞成功产生了CCL18,非诱导的单核细胞不能产生CCL18。本研究结果表明,IL-4诱导的单核细胞确实可高表达CCL18,与非诱导的单核细胞有明显的差异。

o detect whether the CC-chemokine ligand 18 (CCL18) can be synthesized in human peripheral blood monocytes induced by IL-4, we first isolated the monocytes from human peripheral blood by using the density gradient centrifugation method. Then, the monocytes were induced by IL-4, and CCL18 production in monocytes was successfully confirmed by ELISA and Western-blotting. Our results demonstrated that the activated monocytes induced by IL-4 could express CCL18, while the inactivated monocytes could't.
