双连拱隧道浅埋地段初期支护参数优化研究

本文鉴于双连拱隧道大跨、施工复杂和设计较盲目等特点,对湖北省沪蓉国道主干线沈金淌隧道进行了长期监控量测。基于监控量测结果,借助ANSYS有限元软件,对该隧道浅埋地段K193+260里程左右洞初期支护参数作了三方面研究:①对简化后工序作确定性分析,得最危险工况;②依次用优化设计模块中的零阶和一阶方法对最危险工况作优化分析,得最优初期支护参数;③用概率设计模块对最优结果作可靠度分析,得优化参数的可靠度。

he double-arch tunnel is characteristic of the huge span, the construction complexity, the design blindness and so on. We made a long-term monitoring to the Shenjintang tunnel of the Hurong national skeleton highway. Based on the monitoring measurement results, this article makes some studies to the initial support parameter of the shallow depth of the K193+260 mileage from three aspects with the aid of ANSYS finite element software. Firstly, it makes a sure analysis to the steps after simplification and gains the dangerous one. Secondly, it makes the optimization analysis to the dangerous one by the zero order and first order method of the optimization design module orderly and gets the optimization parameter of the initial support. Thirdly, it makes the reliability analysis to the optimization result by the probability design module and gets the reliability of the optimization parameter.
