沙棘果实及制品中黄酮类成分的分析研究

Sea buckthorn berries which are used in Tibetan and Mongolian traditional medicine are rich in flavonoids. Those compounds have significant activities in treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this study, the flavonoids both in different origins of sea buckthorn berries and their preparations were evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). First, the chromatographic fingerprint of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp. sinensis Rousi. was established. The results analyzed by chromatogram analysis software indicated that the similarity of each sample was higher than 0.90. In the chromatogram, seven peaks were identified as rutin, hyperoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin by using reference compounds. Second, six different species or subspecies of wild sea buckthorn berries which were collected at the east Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were evaluated by chromatographic fingerprint technique. The chromatographic fingerprints similarities in same species were remarkable higher than those from different species. According to the comparatively steady differences among species of sea buckthorn berries, a relativity analysis pattern between those kinds of sea buckthorn berries and their flavonoids was established. Third, the quantitative analysis of preparations which contained sea buckthorn flavonoids was performed. There are remarkable differences not only in content of the Total Flavonoids of Hippophae (TFH) whose aglycones were mainly consist of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin, but also in proportion of each aglycone among preparations from five different pharmaceutical manufactories. Instead of berries contain large quantity of flavonol glycosides, the glycosides have been hydrolyzed into aglycones during the process of preparation. But there need more researches to evaluate which form of the sea buckthorn flavonoids have better activities.
