早产儿视网膜病变病理调控机制研究进展
Research progress on the pathological mechanism of retinopathy of prematurity
早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)是一类严重影响早产儿视觉健康的疾病,是儿童失明的常见原因之一。全球共出现过三次ROP大流行,目前正处于第三次大流行期。近年来,随着氧诱导视网膜病变啮齿动物模型(Oxygen induced retinopathy,OIR)的建立,ROP被广泛研究。深入探究并详细阐明ROP疾病进展的具体机制,对于其预防、治疗及预后有重要的科学价值和临床意义。因此,针对ROP发病机制的研究也成为了学术界研究的热点。本文聚焦ROP发生发展过程的病理调控机制,从血管生成、免疫炎症、凋亡、氧化应激、非编码RNA等方面展开综述。
Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP)is a refractory disease in the field of ophthalmology. It is characterized by serious damage to visual function, including reduced contrast and sensitivity, visual field defects, color vision defects, strabismus and refractive errors. In serious cases, children with ROP could suffer from lifelong blindness. In-depth research of the specific pathological mechanism of ROP has important scientific value and clinical significance for prevention, treatment and prognosis of ROP. In the recent years, research on the mechanism of ROP has become a hotspot. This article will focuses on the pathological mechanisms in the development and progression of ROP,and provide a brief overview around the following aspects:angiogenesis,immune inflammation,apoptosis,oxidative stress and non-coding RNA.
