Study on ferrite nucleation on non-metallic inclusions and interfacial energy
试验中经常观察到钢中晶内铁素体在夹杂物上形成,可以起到有效细化组织的作用,但对于其形核机制还不十分清楚。本文将从夹杂物与金属之间的界面能,热膨胀系数不同导致的应变能, 夹杂物周围基体局域溶质贫乏等角度,对晶内铁素体在夹杂物上形核机制进行讨论,并试图分析解释不同夹杂物对铁素体形核作用的差别。
It is well known from experiments that intragranular ferrite nucleates on inclusions, which refines the microstructure of steels effectively. However, the mechanism by which inclusions simulate ferrite nucleation is still far from fully understood. The interfacial energy of inclusions with metals, the strain energy during cooling due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between inclusion and matrix and the solute depletion zone around the inclusions, etc are discussed as possible factors related to the ferrite nucleation in the present paper, in order to identify the roles of various inclusions on the intragranular ferrite transformation.
