目的 建立测定酸橙枳实中柚皮苷含量的方法,测定不同产地酸橙枳实中柚皮苷的含量,寻找酸橙枳实优质药材产地。方法 Dikma ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(30∶70)(冰醋酸调pH=3.5)作为流动相;流速: 1.0mL•min-1,柱温:300C,检测波长:283nm。结果 柚皮苷平均回收率及RSD分别为: 99.95%,RSD=0.23%。结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于酸橙枳实药材的质量控制;江西新干产酸橙枳实中柚皮苷的含量最高。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Naringin inCitrus aurantium L.from Various Habitats. Method Dikma ODS C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column , temperature 30℃; The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water(30∶70) (PH=3.5 by glacial acetic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 mL•min-1 , and the UV detector was 283nm. Result The average recovery was 99.95%, RSD=0.23%..Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a quality control method forCitrus aurantium L..The quality of Citrus aurantium L from Xingan of Jiangxi. is the best.
