30种萱草属植物的倍性鉴定
Ploidy Identification of 30 Hemerocallis spp. Germplasms
萱草属植物为百合科多年生草本植物,有些品种兼具食用、药用和观赏价值,近年来广泛应用于园林绿化等领域。本试验以萱草属植物中30个品种为材料,对其染色体倍性进行了鉴定。结果表明茶子花,茄子花,蟠龙花,六月花,大同花,小黄花,北黄花,大同野生黄花,桥头花,广灵花,窑子头野生黄花,石井花,小峪花,长嘴子花,四月花,冲里花,大荔花,白花,线黄花,小花黄花,马莲黄花,火黄花,高葶黄花这23种材料染色体数目2n=2x=22,为二倍体,花色均为黄色。宿迁1号,宿迁2号,甘肃1号,甘肃2号,淮安1号,历山野生黄花,重庆黄花7种材料为染色体数目2n=3x=33,为三倍体,花色为红色。统计出30种萱草属植物材料的气孔性状,并判定了其与倍性的关系,结果表明气孔密度、气孔宽度和气孔保卫细胞中叶绿体数目在二倍体和三倍体间存在极显著差异,可作为倍性鉴定初步判定的指标。
Hemerocallis L. is perennial herbaceous plant of Liliaceae. They can used as vegetable, Chinese medicine and ornamental plant for landscaping. In this study, thirty varieties of Hemerocallis L. were used as experimental material for chromosome ploidy research. The result showed that 'Chazi', 'Qiezi', 'Panlong', 'Liuyue', 'Datong', H. minor Mill., H. lilioasphodelus Linn., 'Datongyesheng', 'Qiaotou', 'Guangling', 'Yaozitouyesheng', 'Shijing', 'Xiaoyu', 'Changzuizi', 'Siyue', 'Chongli', 'Dali', 'Baihua', 'Xianhuanghua', 'Xiaohua', 'Malian', 'Huohuanghua', and 'Gaoting' were diploid (2n=2x=22). 'Suqian#1', 'Suqian#2', 'Gansu#1', 'Gansu#2', 'Huaian#1', 'Lishanyesheng', and 'Chongqing' were triploid (2n=3x=33). The stomatal density, stomatal width, and chloroplast number of stomatal guard cell can be used for analysis of chromosome ploidy identification.
