本文以我国上市公司的融资行为为研究对象，旨在通过对上市公司融资行为中不合理的股权融资偏好及其产生原因的分析，提出若干促进上市公司融资行为合理化建议。
he research object in this article is financing behavior of listed companies in China. On the base of analyzing the irrational preference for equity financing of Chinese listed companies and its causes,the author tries to put forward some proposals to rationalize financing behavior of Chinese listed companies
