柠檬酸钠对小鼠生理及肠道微生物的影响
Effect of Sodium Citrate on Physiological Properties and the Composition of Fecal Microbiota of Mice
研究了食品添加剂柠檬酸钠对小鼠的生长、血清生化指标及肠道微生物的影响。小鼠随机分为空白组、低剂量组(柠檬酸钠添加量0.65%)、中剂量组(添加量2.6%)和高剂量组(添加量5.2%),分别连续膳食干预4周。于不同时间点采集各组小鼠粪便样品并记录体重、采食量等数据。实验结束后对小鼠血清生化指标和肠道菌群进行分析。结果表明,柠檬酸钠组小鼠体重均低于空白组,且高剂量组小鼠的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著增高(p <0.05)。柠檬酸钠的添加影响了小鼠肠道微生物的beta多样性,使厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门的比例发生变化。在属水平上,柠檬酸钠高剂量组检测出了棒状杆菌属和葡萄球菌属,说明摄食高剂量的柠檬酸钠会对小鼠肠道微生态造成一定影响。
Effects of sodium citrate on physiology and intestinal flora of mice were investigated in this research. Mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group, low-dose group(0.65% sodium citrate), middle-dose group(2.6%) and high-dose group(5.2%).The diet intervention lasted for four weeks. The stool samples and weight data were collected weekly, the composition of intestinal microbiota and the serum biochemical indicators were determined at the end of the fourth week. The results showed that the high dose of sodium citrate had an impact on the body weight and the concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). The beta diversity and the ratio of Fimicutes to Bacteriodetes were changed by intake of sodium citrate. Corynebacterium and Staphylococcus were detected in the high-dose group. Results indicated that the intestinal flora of mice could be affected by intake of high dose of sodium citrate.
