固定输电费用模式的多目标动态最优潮流

我国新电改方案使电网企业盈利模式转变为收过网费模式。在此模式下,本文针对电网消纳风光电能过程出现的调峰能力不足、弃电现象严重的局面,综合考虑火电厂、风光电源和电网企业三方利益,建立了一种多目标动态最优潮流新模型,并综合应用"模糊优化+内点法"求解之。算例表明,模型和方法可以求得兼顾包括能耗、排放、风光电能消纳、调峰成本、过网费收入在内的5种目标函数的折中解,并可分析不同目标之间的相互影响、不同因素或计算条件对折中优化结果的影响。

he power system reformation requires the State Grid company to change its profit model by only taking the transmission service fee.Under this mode, and based on the fact that accommodating wind or photovoltaic power causes a lot of power discardand brings too much peak-load regulation burden to the system, this paper tries to establish a multi-objective dynamic OPF model and solve it by fuzzy optimization combined with interior point method.Shown by the analysis, the model can get a compromise result for all 5 objectives of energy saving and emission reduction, clean energy accommodating and peak-load regulation cost, and transmission fee. The connection between the object functions and how relevent factors affect the optimization results are also discussed.
