本文依据对我国1997-2004年的国际收支平衡表的分析，讨论了我国这8年来的国际收支状况，包括我对我国国际收支平衡表的结构特征、国际收支项目双顺差的利弊及外汇储备状况的分析,然后提出了几点建议.
Based on the tables of China’s international balance of payments between the year of 1997 and 2004, this text analysed the status of our country’s balance of payments, including characteristic of its tructure, the advantages and disadvantages of surplus in the balance of payments and the repertory status of foreign exchange. Some suggestions were also put forward.
