论文介绍了一种基于CC2430的矿井综采工作面液压支架的压力监测系统设计。本设计选用CC2430芯片作为处理器和射频收发器,通过不间断监测支架的初撑力(前梁)、工作阻力(后梁)并实时处理采集到压力数据,很好的预防了矿井中出现的冒顶、塌方等突发事件。具休阐述了压力数据采集模块和ZigBee通讯模块的硬件设计,并给出了软件流程图。

he paper introduced the design on a hydraulic support pressure monitoring and measuring system of fully mechanized working face base on CC2430. The CC2430 chip was applied as the processor and the RF transceiver and uninterruptedly monitor the primary supporting force(front spar)、the working resistance(rear spar) of hydraulic supports then compute in real time pressure data collected thus may well prevent the collapse and fall of roof and other emergencies. The paper in detail stated the hardware design of pressure data accumulating module and ZigBee communication module and provided the flowchart of the system software.
