为了研究超高碱值纳米磺酸钙添加剂对船用润滑油摩擦学性能的影响,采用SRV摩擦试验机和四球摩擦机研究了超高碱值纳米磺酸钙添加剂对润滑油摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:船用润滑油超高碱值纳米磺酸钙添加剂在50、200、500和800 N载荷下,能够有效降低摩擦副间的摩擦因数,并能显著提高润滑油的最大无卡咬负荷值 ,当添加剂的质量分数为6%时,润滑油的摩擦学性能最为突出。

o study the effects of superoverbased nanoscale calcium sulfonate additiveon the tribology performance, a SRV multifunctional testing machine, and a four-ball friction testing machine were appliedin physical experiments for measurement and analysis. The results show that under the loading of 200 N, 500 N, and 800 N, the marine lubricating oil with super-overbased nanoscale calcium sulfonate additive can effectively reduce the friction coefficient between the friction pairs, and the maximum non-seizure load PB, can be significantly improved. Meanwhile, when the mass fraction of the additive reaches 6%, the lubricating oil demonstrates the highest tribological property.
