100例食物过敏患者食物不耐受IgG抗体检测

目的 通过100例食物过敏患者体内食物不耐受IgG抗体检测,分析食物过敏患者血清中食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体分布,了解食物过敏患者相关原因。方法 收集100例在临床表现一定病史的食物过敏症状患者血清,用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)检测100例食物过敏患者血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体浓度。结果 结果显示100例食物过敏患者中有85例有1~6种不等的食物特异性IgG升高,阳性率为85.0%,其中存在1~3种食物不耐受的比例最高,占75.0%;在14种食物中, IgG抗体检测结果阳性率依次为: 蟹(55.0%)>虾(50.0%)>鸡蛋(30.0%)>鳕鱼(12.0%)>西红柿(10.0%)>蘑菇、牛奶(5.0%)>玉米、大米、大豆(4.0%)>牛肉、小麦(2.0%)>鸡肉(1.0%)>猪肉(0)。其中蟹和虾的特异性IgG阳性比率最高(p<0.05),而猪肉的特异性IgG阳性比率最低,余者阳性率无显著差异(p>0.05)。另外,鸡蛋和虾两种食物阳性率存在性别差异(P<0.05), 不同年龄组之间对牛奶、蟹和虾不耐受性整体比较也存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 食物过敏患者体内存在某一种或一种以上食物不耐受IgG抗体,且某些食物在不同年龄和性别中有很高的不耐受率和不耐程度,可能是食物过敏的主要原因之一。

Objective To probe the factor of food allergy in patients with food allergy. Methods 100 cases of patients were collected,and the concentration of each food special antibody (IgG) was examined with ELISA assay. Result There are 85people whose food special antibody (IgG) is higher than norm from 1 to 6 foods in 100 people, and that is, whose positive rate is 85.0%. The ratio of food intolerance is the highest from 1 to 3 food intolerance in100 people, which is 75%. The positive rates of food special IgG antibody of 100 people are as follows crab (55.0%)>shrimp (50.0%)>egg (30.0%)>codfish (12.0%)>tomato (10.0%)>mushroom and milk (5.0%)>com、rice and soybean(4.0%)>beef and wheat (2.0%)>chicken (1.0%)>pork (0). The ratios of special antibody (IgG) of crab and shrimp are the highest (p<0.05), while the ratio of special antibody (IgG) of pork is the lowest, and others do not have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Besides, the significant difference of the positive ratio of egg and shrimp was found between different sex(P<0.05), and the significant difference of the positive ratio of milk、crab and shrimp was also found among age groups.Conclusion There exsit a or some food special antibodyies(IgG) in some patients with food allergy, which may be associated with food allergy.
