双丝脉冲MIG焊焊件温度场的有限元模拟
Finite element simulation for the weld temperature field of tandem pulsed MIG welding
本文针对双丝脉冲MIG焊接的特点,在已有的双椭球热源模型的基础上,建立了适用于双丝脉冲焊接的热源模型。在充分考虑各种边界条件的情况下,对已有热源模型建立的温度场进行了计算,得到Q235钢的双丝脉冲MIG焊接瞬态温度场的分布规律,并和测量结果吻合良好。
his paper aimed at the characteristic of tandem pulsed MIG welding and built the thermal source model adapted tandem pulsed MIG welding based on the double ellipse thermal source model. Fully considering the various boundary conditions, we gained the distributed rule of the instantaneous temperature field for tandem pulsed MIG welding of Q235 steel through the temperature field of the existed thermal source model calculation. And the measurement results in good agreement with the calculation.
