本文首先采用微波技术的奇偶模分析法分析了微带线定向耦合器的工作原理,在此基础上结合IE3d仿真软件,给出了采用新结构的C波段窄带微带耦合器仿真的耦合度、隔离度和反射值并且给出了常规结构的仿真值以作为对比。结果显示新结构在同等耦合度时隔离度上优势明显。最后设计了一款新结构的小型较弱耦合高隔离度微带耦合器。中心频率为5.3GHz,带宽为100MHz。耦合度为-15 dB,隔离度-40dB,带内反射小于-20dB,微带面上尺寸为20mm*15mm并通过通过的实验证实了该结构的可行性和正确性。

In this paper the principle of work for the directional couplers of microstrip line is analyzed by the odd-even mode method in microwave technology.Based on the theory with simulationsoftware named ie3d,presented the simulation value of coupling, isolation and reflection for a new structure narrowband microstrip coupler at C band,and given the simulation value of routine structure for comparison.results show that the new structure have advantage in isolation in the same coupling.finally,a new type and pint-sized microstrip coupler with weak coupling and high isolation is designed。The coupler has a central frequency of 5.3GHz and 100MHz bandwidth,its'coupling is -15dB with a high isolation -40dB. the return loss in the passband is less than -20dB and the square of microstrip is only 20mm×15mm. Experiments demonstrate the design feasibility and correctness.
