一种三自由度微机器人直线位移检测方法研究
Research of a linear displacement detection method for a 3-DOF micro robot
宏-微结构作为一种扩展关节型工业机器人性能的重要方案近年来被广泛研究。针对宏-微机器人系统中三自由度微机器人的高检测精度、高响应速度要求和空间体积受限条件,采用基于调制解调的直线位移反馈技术实现了位置检测。实验结果表明,该检测系统能够满足微机器人的使用要求。
s an important scheme to improve the performance of an industrial robot, the macro-micro structure is studied in recent years. This paper developed a linear displacement detection system aiming to the requirements on high detection accuracy, high response speed and small volume of the 3-DOF micro robot in a macro-micro manipulator system. In the system, a detection technology of position feedback based on modulation and demodulation is proposed and realized. The experimental results show that the system meets the use requirements of the micro robot.
