RM (Customer Relation Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) promote enterprise information, and improve enterprise efficiency, management and competitiveness from different angles. This article explained CRM and the ERP integration necessity and the feasibility through analyzes CRM and the ERP respective characteristic and the limitation, achieve CRM and ERP integration through business process integration and data synchronization updates.
