氧化锌脱硫剂氧化再生动力学研究
Study on the Oxidation Kinetics of ZnO Desulfurizer
在微型固定床反应器中测试氧化锌脱硫剂氧化再生行为研究,依据未反应缩核模型(SCM)进行分析。结果表明,氧化锌脱硫剂氧化再生反应在动力学控制区,为拟一级反应;表观反应活化能为76.432kJ/mol;实验得出了氧化锌脱硫剂氧化再生动力学方程。
IThe oxidative regeneration experiments of ZnO desulfurizer are carried out in a fixed-bed microreactor. The data is theoretically analyzed with using unreacted shrinking core model. The results show that the oxidation of desulfurizer can be approximately regarded as a first-level reaction in the kinetic control region; the apparent activation energy is 176.432kJ/mol; the kinetic equation is derived.
