多级混合式换向传动系统优化设计方法的研究

Research on the optimization design method of multi stage hybrid reverse drive system

基于等接触疲劳寿命的设计准则,综合考虑宽径比、行星轮个数、不均载系数、各级传动尺寸协调等边界条件,建立了多级混合式换向传动系统优化设计的数学模型。运用进化算法,采用MATLAB/GUI工具开发程序界面,对比分析程序运行结果与样机参数,验证优化设计方法的优越性,对设计多级混合式换向传动系统具有重要的工程指导意义。

Based on the contact fatigue life of the design criteria, comprehensively considering boundary conditions like width-diameter ratio, planetary wheel number, uneven load coefficient, transmission structure interference, transmission size coordination and so on, established an optimum design mathematical model of the multistage hybrid steering transmission system. Using evolutionary algorithm and Matlab/GUI develop the program interface, comparative analysis program running results with parameters of the prototype, and verify that the optimized the superiority of the design method. This optimized method has an important guiding significance for engineering to design multilevel hybrid steering transmission system.
