新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响
he Effects of Modified Liang-Fu Granules on Survival Period of S180 Tumor Bearing Mice
目的：观察新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法：采用腹腔注射法建立S180腹水瘤小鼠模型，以新加良附颗粒低、中、高剂量及其联合5-氟尿嘧啶为治疗药物，观察对S180腹水瘤小鼠生存期及生命延长率的影响。结果：新加良附颗粒高剂量组及其低、中、高剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶组的生命延长率分别为28.25％、46.33％、59.89％、70.06％；与模型对照组比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论：新加良附颗粒对 S180荷瘤小鼠生存期具有延长效果，各剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶能够明显延长S180荷瘤小鼠生存期。
Objective: To observe the effects of Modified Liang-Fu Granules(MLFG) on survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice. Methods: The establishment of S180 ascites tumor model by intraperitoneal injection S180 tumor cells,which were administrated by MLFG in high, medium, low doses and combined with 5-fluorouracil respectively, then observing the effect of MLFG on survival period and life-prolonging rate of S180 tumor bearing mice. Results: The life-prolonging rate of MLFG in high dose group and MLFG in low, medium, high doses combined with 5-FU group was 28.25%,46.33%,59.89%,70.06% respectively; Compared with the model control group, there were statistically significant (P<0.05，P<0.01). Conclusion: MLFG could prolong the survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice, and the different-dose of MLFG combined with 5-FU could prolong the survival time of S180 tumor bearing mice significantly.
