Urban poverty is an important factor which constraints of urban development , Research on anti-poverty measures has become main attention of academics. Based on collecting relevant statistics information of urban development in Gansu Province, Empirical analysis of the characteristics and Causes of Urban poverty in Gansu Province. And raise the anti-poverty measures of urban poverty. At last, hoping the suggestions could provide useful reference on urban poverty research in Gansu Province.
