喷射成形ZA35合金的摩擦磨损行为
Friction and Wear Behavior of Spray Forming ZA35 Alloy
采用喷射成形快速凝固技术制备了ZA35-3.5%Mn(质量分数.%)耐磨合金,利用摩擦磨损实验研究了合金的耐磨性。结果表明:喷射成形态合金的摩擦因数随温度升高缓慢增加,其摩擦特性比较稳定,是一种比较理想的耐磨材料,具有比铸造合金更高的耐磨性和减磨性.。喷射成形合金的磨损失效形式主要是磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损.,铸造合金的磨损失效形式主要是磨粒磨损、粘着磨损和部分氧化磨损.
rapidly solidified ZA35-3.5%Mn alloy has been prepared by spray forming technology. The wear behaviors have been investigated with electron microanalysis by friction and wear test. The principal test results show that with the temperature increase, the friction coefficient of spray forming alloy increases slightly. Spray forming alloy exhibits excellent wear resistance, as well as good anti-attrition than those of the cast alloys with the similar composition. The main wear-out-failure ways of the spray forming alloy are grain-abrasion and fatigue wear, but for the cast alloy the main ways are grain-abrasion, sticking wear and oxidizing wear
