Study on the Physical Layer Structure of TD-HSUPA System
为了适应移动网络中高速数据业务的需求, TD-SCDMA 在Release 6 中引入了高速上行分组接入(HSUPA)技术。目前TD-HSUPA技术日趋成熟, 其物理层结构也基本完善。 本文阐述了TD-HSUPA系统的物理层结构并分析了其特点, 比较了TD-SCDMA和WCDMA 两种系统下HSUPA物理层的差异并分析了原因,这对TD-SCDMA的下一步演进系统(HSPA+、LTE)的物理层设计都有着重要的参考价值。
In order to meet the demand on high-speed data services in mobile telecommunication network, the high-speed uplink packet access technology has been proposed in Release 6 based on TD-SCDMA system. Recently, the TD-HSUPA technology has become more and more mature, and the associated physical layer structure is developed. In this paper, we describe the physical layer structure of TD-HSUPA and make an analysis on its characteristics. Then we compare TD-SCDMA and WCDMA HSUPA physical layer and analyze the reasons for the differences. This provides references on the design of the physical layer structure in the evolved TD-SCDMA system such as HSPA+ and LTE.
